2. PII Hashing

All personally identifiable information (email, phone numbers) flowing through our platform is hashed using SHA-256 before being sent to ad platform destinations. We do not store raw PII for end users; only the data controller (you) has access to original values.

3. Data Retention

Event data is retained for 90 days by default. Identities and aggregated metrics are retained for the duration of your subscription. You can request data deletion at any time by contacting support.

4. GDPR Compliance

For EU customers and end users, we comply with GDPR. You can request data access, correction, or deletion via our support email.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising on our marketing site.
